Simply The Best: Tina Turner vs. Céline Dion

I found this video of Céline Dion on Towleroad today. It Céline opening France’s Stars de l’Annee 2007 show:


I know I’ve seen this entrance before … oh yeah, Tina Turner did it on the 1999 Divas Live show on VH1:


Not only had Celine stolen Tina’s song, she also tried to steal her strut. I love you Céline, but there is only one Tina Turner.

    there is NO stealing of anything. This is a tribute, an homage to Tina Turner by Celine Dion. Wake up!!
